Playful, curious, vigilant, and protective, Zed and his sister, Zea, pondered the stars and adventurred together in the mountains around Joio. Zed became a guardian of Joio's mountain goatelope herds. He wielded an ancient staff passed down to him by Mountainfolk elders.
